Field Cuts
In case of coupling is required:
- To lay COD side by side, and to do straight cut
using any regular carpenter saw.
- Raise both ends and align the inner ducts of both
end into the coupler.
- To connect equivalent color to color of inner ducts
of both ends.

Repairing work of COD
- To cut out the damaged part.
- To replace the damaged part by new COD.
- To connect both ends of replaced part to the
existing COD line.
- To do coupling through jig operation.

Repairing COD with inserted cables
- Carefully cut out damaged part up to 30cm.
- Peel off the outer duct of required length.
- Place socket on one end of inner ducts and spacer
on the other end of inner ducts.
- Connect the cable running through the inner ducts.
|

|
- Place coupling sleeves to secure water tightening.
- Place bolt nuts and screw tightly.
- Backfill.
