1.
|
Keeps job site clean.
|
|
| 2. |
No need to mobilize materials in advance until
completion of excavation, unless the laying of COD is required to
be done at the same time of excavation.
|
| 3. |
For the economic operation and to save un-necessary
labor cost, to avoid un-necessary labor cost, risk of working under
traffic and coupler works, be sure to place order of COD for the
required length in advance by measuring the length from the scaled
route drawings.
|
| 4. |
Just mobilize the COD on either trailer or low-bed
truck or else and lay as mounted as it is by moving forward such
COD mounted vehicle. In case of heavy traffic route, installation
after midnight in short span of time is possible to save traffic
trouble.
|
| 5. |
Absolutely no need of mobilizing inner ducts upon
completion of Outer Duct installation like the case of PVC ducting
system, as COD does not need to insert inner ducts separately but
built-in as a single body. COD keeps the job site clean and does
not hinder traffic as much as conventional system does.
|
| 6. |
No need to place outer ducts along with the excavated
trench making the job site in a mess for piece-by-piece individual
connection like the case of PVC ducting system.
|
| 7. |
Quick demobilization from job site as not many
facilities, equipment or materials are to be mobilized to the job
site, but as simple as move-in and move-out. |
