COD Connector

Connector Set consist of Connecting Socket and Fixing Cover

Material :
  • Socket : ABS

  • Rubber ring : NBR

  • Fixing Cover : PP(PP 90% + PE 10%)

  • Rubber plate of cover : NBR

  • Connecting Method of COD Connector

    A. Strip Outer COD about 12cm
    B. Remove projection of outside of inner pipe
    C. Trim the inner pipe by round knifes
    D. Rest 2 COD on the connecting jig
    E. Insert sub duct into socket by rubber
        hammer or something
    F. Push other COD into socket by jig
    G. Put the cover on COD socket part
    H. Fasten cover by bolts and nuts 10 points

    Construction Site (COD Connecting)

    A. Strip Outer COD about 12cm

    COD Manhole Connector

    Material :
  • Body of Manhole connector : PE

  • Cap : PP(PP 90% + PE 10%)

  • Fixing cover : PP(PP 90% + PE 10%)

  • Rubber gasket : NBR


  • Connecting Method
    A. Remove outer layer
    B. Attach Body of Manhole Connector
    C. Attach body with fixing cover

    Material of Sub duct end cap :
    PP(PP 90% + PE 10%)
    Material of Duct End Cap :
    PP(PP 90% + PE 10%)
    Tools for COD

    Material of COD Cutter :
  • Flange Adapter : ABS

  • Steel ring/Handle/Fixing plate/Blade 90 degree : Steel

  • Bolt, Nut and Washer : Steel or SUS


  • Striping Outer duct
    A. Put the cutter into the outer duct
    B. Pill off the skin of COD spinning right
    C. Cutting Skin of COD and remove COD cutter spinning left
    Compression fitting

    Material of Compression fitting :
  • Body : PP(PP 90% + PE 10%)

  • Cap : PP(PP 90% + PE 10%)

  • Holder : POM (Acetal)

  • O-ring : NBR



  • Connecting Method

    A. Place the body of the screw-type joint on the end of the pipe, and disassemble each component and place them in the proper position (to twice the diameter of the pipe).

    B. Push the pipe into the end of the connector, and push the o-ring and pusher into the proper positions.

    C. Use a chain wrench or another tool to twist the cap and align it with the body.

    D. A good installation is one that attaches the joint with one or two turns to spare.
